Former state representative Bill Culpepper still having trouble explaining why he took a $2,000 campaign donation from BellSouth just days before he was named to the State Utilitie panel that overs the utility. Amazingly his predecessor Bobby Owens served in the seat without conroversy for years. Get your story straight Bill then get over it.

Don't attack people if you are not willing to state your name as the owner of this website.
I like the irony of your anonymous comment.
If you think this is attacking someone get real. I reported a link to a story in the N&O. I like Bill and I think he will do a good job on the Utility Commission. We will miss him in Dare County and in Nags Head.
BUT
Taking money from a company you expect to be regulating soon is not smart and Bill is very smart. He should have known better and I said so in previous posts.
As to anonymity, as a Dare County dissident I plan to continue to use a psuedonym as long as I think it is helpful. It helps keep the focus on the song not the singer.
To say that your are..." a Dare County dissident..." says nothing.
Are you in disagreement with Dare County?
Now, as to my "anonymous" comment;
your website gives me that prerogative.
